Ballet Barre is an opportunity to provide an exciting warm-up that combines flexibility training, improvement to core strength and posture followed by a high, intensity contemporary, jazz workout that enables each Rose Adult to be expressive, sassy, enjoy and get fit!
YOGA & PILATES
Yoga and Pilates is a free flow class that engages in strengthening and lengthening your body, whilst improving your alignment allowing you to strive towards balance and overall physical fitness.
