We are so happy at how amazing all our Rose and Workshop students participated at our half term workshop.

It was such a brilliant day full of sweat, smiles and challenges. Our ‘February Half Term Workshop’ was a fun filled day providing the opportunity to train with us and for all to try various genres.

Here at The Rose Arts London, our aim was to ensure all who participated left challenged and inspired. Our circle time at the end of the day gave all students the opportunity to exchange words of the day and express how they feel and it has truly inspired us!

We worked on foundations, vocals, barre, centre stage, games, students created their own choreography, team work, confidence building, jammed out to “Finesse” and not forgetting our high cardio body conditioning class!
