TERMS & CONDITIONS
i) As a parent on behalf/student, I understand that participating in The Rose Arts London Trial Taster Session, I am to abide by the welcoming atmosphere and structure of the school and treat all Rose Arts London Staff and all other individuals a part of The Rose Arts London Community with respect, take care of property and equipment, will arrive promptly and with requested dress code attire. ii) I understand the school encourages all to be supportive and friendly to one another and focuses on hard work and commitment and will endeavour to do all tasks requested. iii) I understand the trial session fees should be paid on time and is non-refundable and on the trial session day media, may be captured by members of The Rose Arts London team to publicise the school activities on social media website and/or other outlets.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Fees are arranged via Go-Cardless to ensure a fluid payment structure. All payments will be requested for the 1st of each month following the initial set up arrangement.
To ensure all is in place with facilities, training and experiences here at The Rose Arts London, fees need to be paid on time
We have taken into consideration each financial circumstance and aim to be flexible within our payment methods.
REFUND POLICY
The Rose Arts London are unable to refund any sessions missed by the student for any reason including sickness, holidays, auditions or professional work secured. Payments are non-refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances, whereby a student is unable to attend a series of sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or an illness, it would be essential to contact The Rose Arts London to review the request.
FOOD
We request all students to always bring water to class.
All students who participate in one class are required to bring healthy snacks on site for after their session
Here are a few examples:
- Fruit – Bananas, Apples etc.
- Cheese
- Yoghurt with spoon
- Vegetable Sticks
- Raisins
- Rice Cakes
- Plain Popcorn
- Bread Sticks
- Whole Grain Crackers
- Pretzels
All students who participate in 2-3 classes including Advisory Session are required to bring a light pack lunch on site. Here are a few examples, of healthy lunches containing complex carbohydrates:
- Whole grain pasta
- Sandwiches with Whole Meal Bread
- Chicken Salad
Please Note: Nuts are not permitted on site
As our students are participating in physical activity, we encourage all our students to eat healthy by knowing how to fuel their bodies before, during and after class will help our dancers keep their energy levels constant and even which allows the body to operate efficiently, fuelling the body is not difficult and will produce positive results.

DRESS CODE
The Rose Arts London uniform is the pillar of our school and sets the tone for our students to be a strong and positive representation.
The correct dance attire enables Rose Tutors to see the student’s alignment and placement, in order to give necessary correction for the benefit of the dancer’s development.
The Rose Arts London uniform check list is available on our website alongside purchased for order via our ‘Shop’.
Please Note
- All students must be dressed within the correct attire (No Jeans)
- If an item of clothing is missing, please ensure plain black is worn ALWAYS.
- All uniform, unless otherwise stated must be purchased through the Rose Arts.
HAIR
All students are required to wear their hair neatly away from their face to ensure they can train efficiently.
JEWELLERY
All jewellery is prohibited from class. Any kind of jewellery can unfortunately present a hazard. External piercing/jewellery can be caught in clothing, hair, skin, which makes it a liability to self and fellow students too.
LOST PROPERTY
All personal belongings, including footwear, should be clearly marked with our student’s name. Any lost items, which are unmarked, are in the lost property baskets until the end of term, where they will then be donated to charity. The Rose Arts London cannot accept responsibility for personal property of any kind belonging to students that may be lost on its premises.
CODE OF CONDUCT
It is important that all The Rose Arts London Staff, Teachers and Team behave in a professional and appropriate manner when delivering sessions to our students. We believe that our staff should model the correct behaviour to encourage students to behave in a correct and respectable way.
Conduct of Teachers:
- Respectable and appropriate language
• Food and drink are prohibited during class excluding water
• Teachers are required to keep information about students and family confidential
Conduct of Students:
- Students are required to be punctual for class
• Essential to wear correct uniform – If any of The Rose Arts London students do not adhere to uniform regulations and grooming, The Rose Arts London have the right to refuse entry to class if not discussed prior with The Rose Arts London Principal
• Food and drink are prohibited during class excluding water
• Necessary to show respect to teachers and other students alike
• The Rose Arts London has the right to withdraw any student’s place at T.R.A.L. at any time if we experience unreasonable behaviour in class and without notice.
Conduct of Parents:
- All parents and students are a representation of the school and we ask all to address each other in a courteous and supportive manner and to be respectful to the principal and all teaching staff.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Pupils that are unable to attend class schedules should notify the school at minimum of 2 hours before their lesson is due to begin.
2.The Company cannot take responsibility for money or articles of value lost on the premises.
3.The Company obtain the right to amend or alter the any of the terms and conditions of The Company at any time. 4.The Company reserve the right to adjust any fees and classes as and when necessary that is suitable for the company.
INSURANCE
The Rose Arts London hold full public liability insurance with ‘Hencilla Canworth’. .
SAFEGUARDING POLICY
The Rose Arts London regard safeguarding as an important policy within the company. All teachers and creative team members hold and are up-to-date with enhanced DBS certificates (CRB). All policies are available on request.
MEDIA
The Rose Arts London are a creative company embracing the development of our students and staff in all classes, performances and shows. At times, we will document the creative displays using photography and/or video for The Rose Arts London website and/or online printed articles and our company social media pages.
• Our terms and conditions via registration form have been signed prior to commencement with us. We have ensured to ask your permission to use all media taken prior to all student is attending the school
- The Rose Arts London will always represent our students within their best interest whilst taking into consideration safeguarding policies
• Members of The Rose Arts, have all media rights and privileges owned by the company, in agreeance to the image/video displayed via print or online. Students and parents will have no right to any creative control and cannot request for any changes made to the content once posted, printed or shared during anytime of which they choose to stay or leave.
THE ROSE ARTS LONDON AGENCY
The Rose Arts London aims to provide our students a platform to excel and flourish within the creative industry and with what better way, than to provide the opportunity for our students to be a part of The Rose Arts London Agency.
Being a part of the agency will provide our students the opportunity to work within the industry of Television, Modelling, Online, Film, Commercials and Theatre. All students have the potential opportunity to attend workshops, castings, build on confidence and learn to work in a professional industry. Providing the opportunity to attend workshops in singing and acting to give them the extra all rounded experience.
Rose Students represented by us will appear under the Spotlight Children & Young Performers Directory. Spotlight is the UK’s leading casting resource with unrivalled knowledge and contacts at the heart of the industry. It is a network used by production companies to source children and young performers for TV, Film, Stage or Commercial Work.
