ACRO / BODY & STRENGTH CONDITIONING
Acrobatics and Dance involves a wide range of skills focusing on calisthenics through leaps, jumps, turns, tumbling, floorwork, solo and partner work, illusions and more! Through this session, it allows each student to work on these essential assets, allowing them to increase strength and to become confident, flexible, skilful performers.
