Natasha Rosetta is the visionary founder and lead agent at The Rose Arts London—a vibrant performing arts school and talent agency dedicated to championing diverse, young, and emerging talent.

With over 15 years in the industry, Natasha combines her professional acting background, creative leadership, and therapeutic training to offer a uniquely holistic approach to talent representation. Trained at Italia Conti and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, her credits include the award-nominated web series Adam and Eve and BBC-featured short film M.a.N.

As an MA Dramatherapy trainee, Natasha integrates mental health awareness, confidence-building, and emotional resilience into her agency practice—nurturing not just the performer, but the person behind the performance.

She has successfully placed talent in commercials, film, television, theatre, and music videos—guiding clients with care, strategy, and authenticity.
